How does photo scanning work?
The app sends your photo to AI, which identifies each food, estimates its portion and works out calories and macros. Tap a meal and use Fix results to correct anything it got wrong.
How many scans can I make?
Free users get 5 AI scans a day. Barcode scans are unlimited.
A barcode isn't found
Product data comes from Open Food Facts, which doesn't list every product. Scan the nutrition facts label instead.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Profile → Delete account. This clears everything stored on your phone. To delete data on our servers too, email calscope@appdevgpt.com.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
